Partners: Johnny, Jimmy, Aiden, Niko, Liam Purpose: The purpose of this lab was to find out if a lot of plants would grow if you had planted plants there. Procedure: We had to collect mud from different locations, and then we had to run 8 test on the mud that we got from different areas. We also had to measure to see how many (g) were in it and find out how many (mL) of water was drained from it. Conclusion: Discussion of Theory: Nitrogen is important because it helps the plants from dying fast and live longer. Phosphorus is important because it helps the plant grow. Potash is important because it makes the plant strong and makes fruits taste better and have a type of color. pH is important because there is a level of nutrients that a plant is getting from the soil and pH paper tells you how much it is getting.
